My name is Todd Leclerc and I have been a firefighter for the city of Lewiston for the past 22 years working 24 hours on and 48 off. During my off time and prior to becoming a full-time firefighter I worked for multiple excavation and construction companies over the past 30 years before my wife Amanda and I decided to open our own excavation company with our sons-in-laws Zach & Jake. We are family owned and operated and take pride in our work. We have done everything from driveways, septic systems, and foundations all the way up to the complete package which included all site work and full build. Hi my Name Is Zach Poirier I am a father, A husband. I am 32 years young. My hobbies are golf, motocross and going on family vacations and spending time with friends and family. I was born into a construction company so I didn’t really have a choice. Its always been my passion to run heavy equipment and to own and run a successful construction company. As far back as I can remember in have been in the seat of a machine whether it was an excavator, a backhoe, loader you name it I have run it. I have done residential and commercial site work through out my construction career. Bridge projects to sidewalk reconstruction projects to paving projects , full house lots, septic systems, retaining walls, drainage, natural gas operator, water line repair, sewer line repair. The list goes on and on. I was taught at a young age about hard work and dedication and to not stop until the sun went down or the job was done, sometimes finishing tasks in the dark. Ive learned so many great skills from this great trade and there is no job to big or small that I don’t feel confident we as a team can get done. We work fast and we are perfectionist of the trade. My Name is Jake Cyr. I Enlisted in the Army while I was in my senior year of high school in 2009. Took part in 3 combat deployments in Afghanistan as a part of 3rd Ranger Battalion. After being honorably discharged from the army in 2013 I immediately came into the excavation field, working on natural gas pipelines here in Maine. In 2014 I got my class A commercial license. Since then I have worked as a fully qualified natural gas technician, operator and crew foreman for multiple contractors throughout the state. I now do a little bit of everything with Taz Excavation as well as operate a small pressure washing business here in Greene, Me.
